In citing documents from library subscription databases that originally appeared in print, basically begin your citation with the information about the print original followed by the electronic information.

AnthroSource
This database provides access to peer-reviewed journals, newsletters and bulletins published by The American Anthropological Association (AAA), in addition to high-level electronic content.
