Entire Web Site:

When citing an entire web site (and not a specific document on that site), no Reference List entry is required if the address for the site is cited in the text of your paper. For example:

The American Folklife Center site works to introduce us to the Center's rich archive of folk cultural materials from all fifty states in addition to U.S. territories, trusts, and The District of Columbia (http://www.loc.gov/folklife/index.html).

If you do not cite the site in the text of your paper use the following examples.

For example (Personal site):

For example (Professional site):
