Our Future -- Preparing for Tomorrow's Agriculture Teachers Today" (funded
by a grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF #0902470)
The goals of the Modesto Junior College ATE program are
to:
- Design and implement an Agriculture Education pathway from high school
through four-year college
- Increase the number of agriculture teacher candidates who are
recruited, retained and supported into Agriculture pathways.
- Establish a cohort-learning and student support model to increase
student success.
- Establish a model design that can be disseminated to other colleges and
CTE education programs.
